I have a coach already, will this not go against them?

We encourage people to have a coach/programme to be engaged in (makes it easier for us to focus on the intricacies of the technical development, rather than mapping out whole plan). We celebrate the skills of other coaches and have and expansive network of great relationships with other coaches. We want you to squeeze even more value out of your current routine through expanding your network of expertise. This is going to be better for your programme adherance, execution and ultimately RESULTS. This will in turn be better for your coach's business retention of you as an athlete. WIN-WIN-WIN. We would also love to have your coaches contribute to content and come on as guests. A rising tide lifts all boats!

What response time can I expect when I need help?

Often instantly if it's something your fellow athletes can help with via the Facebook Group. Always within 24 hours from Josh personally if you need an answer urgently (usually within a couple of hours). The non-urgent questions from the week will be compiled and answered within a week (I like to take time to plan video answers and often bring in guests/topic experts to help)!

What if I have a suggestion about how you can improve your service?

PLEASE don't hold back. You'll soon learn we are ADDICTED to constant progression/development in every facet of anything we're involved with. Either message Josh directly, or if you're happy to share, please post in our Facebook Group, where the other athletes can add their suggestions to the thread too. Let's build together!
